5. What is included in your tour packages?

8. What is not included in the tour packages?
Personal expenses like souvenirs, extra snacks or drinks, gratuities, and travel insurance are not included.
7. How do I pay for my tour?
We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and mobile money. Detailed payment instructions will be provided at booking.
3. What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation by Customer: Cancellations made 14 days or more before departure will receive a refund of the total amount paid. 15% charge on refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of departure.
Cancellation by Agency: In the unlikely event that GEX must cancel your trip, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.
